Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Pomeroy Lodging LP. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, register transactions, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
- Efficiently book guest reservations and manage room inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and guest entrance.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is an asset.
- Proficient in English and excellent communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems and software quickly.
