Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at 1466358 Alberta Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Shipping and Receiving: Determine the most efficient method of shipment, prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents, and assemble containers and crates.
- Inventory Management: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, maintain an internal record-keeping system, and record shortages and reject damaged goods.
- Warehouse Operations: Route goods to appropriate storage areas, pack goods to be shipped, and unpack goods received.
- Security and Safety: Ensure a secure and safe working environment by maintaining basic security clearance and adhering to company policies.
- Communication: Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments, and oversee loading and unloading of goods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and physically demanding tasks.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and a team player.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
- Training and Development: Will train on the job.
- Job Type: Permanent.
- Language: English.
