About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at 1466358 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Determine the most efficient method of shipment, prepare and manage shipping documents, and oversee the loading and unloading of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, track shipments, and identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, and record any shortages or damage.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a large workload, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel, with a high level of physical stamina.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, and a team player.
