About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at 1466358 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Determine the most efficient method of shipment, prepare and manage shipping documents, and oversee the loading and unloading of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods, identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Skills: Basic security clearance, criminal record check, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
