Job Summary

Bragg Creek Bottle Depot is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Determine the most efficient method of shipment, prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents, and oversee the loading and unloading of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, inspect and verify incoming goods, and record shortages and reject damaged goods.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assemble containers and crates, pack goods to be shipped, and unpack goods received.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain an internal record-keeping system to track inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
Work Environment

As a Logistics Coordinator at Bragg Creek Bottle Depot, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity. You will be required to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks, as well as physically demanding tasks such as handling heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
