About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at 1466358 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the receipt and processing of incoming shipments, including inspecting goods for damage and verifying inventory against delivery documents.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and identifying discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that all shipments are properly secured and labeled.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, including bills of lading, invoices, and other relevant documents.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication of shipment status and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English
