Job Summary

The primary objective of the Head of Change Delivery in Business Client Services is to drive transformational change initiatives within the capital markets operations division of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transformational change initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex change projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in change management, with a strong track record of delivering transformational change initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
