Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and oversee the company's inventory management processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and inventory control, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of warehouse coordinators and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
  • Develop and maintain accurate inventory records and reports
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, including prior supervisory experience
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs in a warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
