Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

The Lamb Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our inventory, from receipt to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and identifying discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems, including procedures for receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management, including purchasing, production, and shipping.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of inventory.
  • Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on inventory management procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Steel-toed safety boots required.
