Inventory Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Limited o/a Maximum Auto Parts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our inventory, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize inventory management
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
- 5 years or more of experience in inventory management or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems
- Ability to train and develop staff
