Inventory Control Manager

The Lamb Company is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that all tasks are accomplished efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work, ensuring that equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train and develop team members in their duties and policies.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- 3-4 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary equipment.
