Restaurant Manager Job Description

At Radha Business Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dining establishment to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect our customers and staff.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best prices.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a large workload and overtime required.
