Job Title: Carpenter Lead Hand

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Lead Hand to join our team at Level Contracting Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials to ensure precise fit and finish
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other carpenters to ensure efficient project completion
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
