About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Homestead Properties Ltd. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and cut materials to precise specifications
  • Shape and assemble materials using hand tools and equipment
  • Join materials together using various techniques
  • Work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and outdoors
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and outdoors
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Excellent judgment and reliability
  • Team player with strong communication skills
