Job Title: Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Homestead Properties Ltd. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and mark materials according to specifications
  • Cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand tools and power tools
  • Join materials using adhesives, fasteners, and other methods
  • Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail
  • Work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and outdoors
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in carpentry or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and outdoors
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Good judgment, reliability, and teamwork skills
