Job Title: Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Reardon Construction & Development Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry, including reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and assembling and installing fixtures and fittings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Working at heights, in dusty environments, and outdoors
  • Collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements:
  • Carpenter Trade Certification
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own transportation
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Hand tools
Working Conditions:
  • Physically demanding work environment

  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling
