About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Taco Time. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure quality control standards are met
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a permanent work term and 32 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
