Food Service Team Lead

At Fourteen 14 Food Co, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure efficient meal preparation.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our culinary operations.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 to 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
