Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and estimate costs and materials for the job.
- Painting and Finishing: Mix paint to desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Health and Safety: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, and Indigenous people.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure project requirements are met.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Work Setting: On-site customer service.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
