Concrete Finisher

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at ONESTOP VENTURES INC. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade.
- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Prepare tenders and quotations for clients.
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
- Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages to complete tasks.
- Impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
- Estimate costs and materials for projects.
- Operate CADD and other computer software systems to manage projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in concrete finishing.
- Bonus structure in place.

- 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
