Key Responsibilities:

  • Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade specifications.
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Prepare tenders and quotations for concrete-related projects.
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specifications.
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
  • Estimate costs and materials for concrete-related projects.
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems to design and plan concrete projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
