At LOVELY RENOVATION TORONTO, we are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete surfaces. This includes filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement, operating power vibrators to compact concrete, and imparting the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.

Work Site Environment

Our work site environment can be dusty, hot, and noisy, with outdoor work conditions. You will be required to work at remote locations, and may be exposed to wet/damp conditions.

Work Setting

As a Concrete Finisher, you will be working on-site, providing customer service and ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standard. You will be working in a commercial, industrial, and residential setting.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement
  • Operating power vibrators to compact concrete
  • Leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
  • Imparting the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

As a Concrete Finisher, you will be required to work in physically demanding conditions, handling heavy loads and performing tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will also be required to have attention to detail and be accurate in your work.

Personal Suitability

We are looking for a team player who is accurate, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work 40 to 44 hours per week, and will be expected to communicate effectively with our team and clients.
