About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our Sales team as the Head of Enterprise Sales, Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales growth strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Canadian market.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry executives, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and tools to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Represent Spotify at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in digital advertising and marketing sales, with 8+ years in sales leadership and 5+ years of staff management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships in the Canadian market.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
