Federated Insurance's Commercial Insurance Sales Trainee program is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with commercial businesses.

As a Commercial Insurance Sales Trainee, you will work closely with experienced sales professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in commercial insurance sales. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of insurance products and develop a deep understanding of the commercial insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial businesses
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work closely with sales professionals to develop sales skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education (College or University)
  • 1-2 years of front-line sales experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A valid driving license
