A Day in the Life

The Technical Proposal Specialist - Electrical Solutions will oversee the comprehensive commercial and technical proposals for clients in the USA and Canada. Responsibilities encompass the formulation of offers within the CRM platform, cost estimation, assessment of commercial and technical specifications, pricing strategies, and various related tasks. This role involves collaboration with clients, sales representatives, business development managers, and multiple manufacturing facilities to deliver competitive technical and commercial proposals within the electrical sector. Additionally, the Specialist will handle daily operations such as order entry in the system and provide support to the sales team as required.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or marketing (experience with transformers is advantageous);

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with external clients and internal teams;
  • Proficient in using personal computers and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows;
