About the Role

The Proposal Development Specialist will manage the end-to-end commercial and technical proposals for customers located in the USA and Canada. Key responsibilities include creating offers in the CRM system, costing, reviewing commercial and technical specifications, pricing, and other activities. The Proposal Development Specialist will engage with customers, sales agents, business development managers, and our factories to offer competitive technical and commercial proposals in the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage commercial and technical proposals for customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposal accuracy and competitiveness
  • Manage proposal timelines and ensure timely delivery
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform proposal development
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or marketing, preferably in the electrical industry
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
