About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Proya Canada Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Enterprise Architecture and Engineering Lifecycle Management markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Canadian and US markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in specific industries, understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions to address them.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to understand product offerings, features, and capabilities, and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, tracking progress, prioritizing opportunities, and ensuring timely follow-up to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Support negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business deals, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.

  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to provide visibility into sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or consulting, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales in Canada.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, proven ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
