Position Overview

General Information:

As a Client Relations Specialist at HITACHI ENERGY CANADA INC., you will work alongside the account management team to oversee customer proposals, facilitate order fulfillment, and nurture robust client relationships. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales Operations, your role will involve close collaboration with various departments to ensure an exceptional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Managers, Regional Industry Sales Managers, and Business Units to address customer requirements
  • Support the promotion and sale of products and services to meet sales targets
  • Efficiently manage requests for quotations (RFQs) and bids
  • Respond to customer inquiries on a daily basis
  • Identify and escalate high-potential leads to the Regional Sales Director
  • Develop and sustain strong client relationships
  • Discover new tools and processes to improve customer support
  • Leverage market feedback tools to stay updated on competitor activities
  • Monitor and manage customer satisfaction levels

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in the Electrical Industry and Sales is advantageous
  • An Engineering Degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Proficient communication skills in both French and English
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Familiarity with Sales Force CRM is a plus
