At HITACHI ENERGY CANADA INC., we are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work in conjunction with the account management teams in Quebec and Alberta to oversee customer tenders, facilitate order processing, and nurture robust customer relationships. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales Operations, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Account Managers, Regional Industry Sales Managers, and Business Units to address customer requirements
  • Assist in promoting and selling products and services to meet sales targets
  • Efficiently manage RFQs and bidding processes
  • Respond to customer inquiries on a daily basis
  • Identify and escalate high-potential leads to the Regional Sales Director
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Discover new tools and processes to improve customer support
  • Leverage market feedback tools to stay updated on competitor activities
  • Monitor and manage customer satisfaction levels

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience in the Electrical Industry and Sales is advantageous
  • An Engineering Degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Proficient communication skills in both French and English
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Customer-focused with exceptional relationship-building capabilities
  • Familiarity with Sales Force CRM is a plus
