Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Role Overview

The Customer Support Representative is responsible for managing customer inquiries and processing orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer calls;
  • Process customer orders and liaise with shipping teams as needed to ensure smooth operations;
  • Facilitate effective communication among various operational departments (technical services, credit department, and operations) concerning customer inquiries;
  • Address questions related to our products and services;
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction;
  • Prepare quotations for clients;
  • Maintain accurate customer records;
  • Perform additional related tasks as required.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Bilingual proficiency (oral and written) in French and English is essential for communication with clients across Canada;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Customer-focused mindset;
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing situations;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Mail, and Google Drive.

Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday. A hybrid work option may be available.

The role primarily involves working in an office setting, which may require extended periods of sitting and using a phone or computer. Interaction with colleagues and clients is a key component of the position. Occasionally, the role may involve handling heavy boxes weighing up to 40 pounds and moving office supplies as needed.
