About the Role

The Director of Strategic Media Planning at Talon OOH Canada is a key member of our team, responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic media plans that drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic media plans that align with client objectives and business goals
  • Lead a team of media planners and buyers to ensure seamless execution of media plans
  • Collaborate with the Managing Partner to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners to ensure exceptional service and delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the team is always ahead of the curve

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic media plans that drive business growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Bi-lingual in French and English is an asset
