Associate Director Job Description

The Associate Director at Talon OOH Canada plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering a culture of expert consultation and flawless execution. This leadership position requires a proactive and client-oriented individual with exceptional leadership and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Senior Planners and Planners in strategic media planning and buying
  • Contribute to growing business through proprietary data and technology stack
  • Build strong agency and client relationships to deliver exceptional service
  • Work closely with the Managing Partner and Planning teams to develop data-led proposals
Requirements:
  • Agency and Out-of-Home experience
  • Programmatic and digital out-of-home experience
  • Experience working in high-pressure environments
  • Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience leading and managing teams
  • 7-10 years of experience, with 5 years of team management experience
  • Bi-lingual in French and English is a plus
