We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing all aspects of project execution, from initial planning to final delivery. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze architectural plans, drawings, and specifications provided by architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with project assistants to prepare procurement documents for seamless project execution.
  • Distribute manufacturing plans to production teams based on prioritized schedules.
  • Monitor construction progress on-site alongside superintendents, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Maintain meticulous oversight of production schedules, delivery deadlines, installation processes, and overall project costs.
  • Effectively manage procurement activities and foster strong communication channels between departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction laws and regulations in Quebec.
  • Proficiency in reading architectural plans and blueprints.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Fluency in both English and French is essential.
