Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Senior to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. As a key player in our organization, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise and contribute to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze plans, drawings, and bids received from architects, contractors, and subcontractors;
- Prepare, with project assistants, the necessary procurement for project execution;
- Distribute manufacturing plans according to production priorities;
- Monitor installations and construction on site with supervisors;
- Monitor production schedules, delivery of installations, and costs;
- Monitor procurement and ensure good interdepartmental communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, architecture, or DEC in architecture or relevant training;
- Relevant experience in project management;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of Quebec construction laws and regulations;
- Good knowledge of reading plans;
- Good knowledge of computer software: Office, MS Project, and Autocad;
- Bilingualism is mandatory.
