Responsibilities

  • Review plans, drawings, and specifications from architects, contractors, and subcontractors;
  • Coordinate procurement activities for project execution with the assistance of project staff;
  • Distribute manufacturing plans based on production priorities;
  • Oversee installations and construction activities on-site in collaboration with superintendents;
  • Monitor production timelines, delivery schedules, installation processes, and budget adherence;
  • Manage procurement tracking and ensure effective communication across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, architecture, or equivalent qualifications;
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant project management experience;
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving;
  • Familiarity with construction laws and regulations in Quebec;
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting plans;
  • Competent in using computer applications: Office suite, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
