Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at KINGDOM ATHLETICS LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Correspondence and Records: Manage and maintain accurate records, prepare and edit correspondence, and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to phone calls, and relay messages to team members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain inventory, and order office supplies as needed.
  • Team Support: Assist team members with tasks and projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent time management skills.
