Job Description

At Stonewood Group Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Asset Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maximizing the long-term growth and success of our accounts through strategic business planning, ongoing business development, and P&L management on an industry vertical & account-by-account basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Business Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive growth and profitability across our accounts.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Financial Management: Oversee and manage the financial performance of our accounts, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of account managers to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the Connected Home Services industry, with a deep understanding of the market and its trends.
  • Business Development: Strong track record of business development, with experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Account Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, with experience in managing P&Ls and driving profitability.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve business objectives.
