Division Manager Opportunity

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned Division Manager to lead our Peterbilt division in Ottawa, ON.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual budgets for multiple branches, driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Sales and Market Share: Achieve sales growth and market share goals across whole goods, parts, service, and administration departments.
  • Asset Management: Optimize inventory levels to meet sales and market share objectives, while protecting company assets.
  • Leadership and Development: Foster a motivated and successful workforce by managing and developing employees within the division.
  • Performance Evaluation: Establish targets for managers and evaluate their performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Market Share and Growth: Drive market share growth and achieve long-term success for our manufacturer and the company.
  • Feedback and Input: Provide feedback and input on future opportunities and competitive pressures.
  • Account Receivables: Manage division account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services.
  • Branch Presence: Maintain an ongoing presence at assigned branches to provide leadership and supervision.
  • Supplier Partnerships: Collaborate with suppliers to drive business growth.
  • Events and Engagement: Coordinate and participate in events, including customer fly-ins, open-houses, and recruitment events.
