Job Title: Client Solutions Manager, Transportation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our Commercial team in the Atlantic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients in the transportation industry, delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated portfolio of commercial clients in the transportation industry, providing proactive and reactive support to meet their insurance needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with our commercial clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with our underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the latest insights and advice to inform their business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of commercial mid-market experience, preferably within a brokerage environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the transportation industry and its insurance needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex insurance products and services.
