About the Role

As a Wealth Associate at National Bank, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries. You will work closely with our Investment Advisors to handle client requests and ensure the accuracy of daily transactions and trades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transaction Management: Collaborate with Investment Advisors to ensure accurate and efficient processing of client transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate client requests and maintain a detailed task list to guarantee all client needs are addressed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course, along with a securities license. Several years of experience in the investment sector and strong proficiency in Outlook Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity with a client management system and portfolio management reporting. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills, capable of adjusting priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated individual who shows initiative, can work independently, and is a valuable team player. Adaptable and results-driven, with a strong understanding of the importance of delivering high-quality results in a business environment.
