Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Field and Infusion Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a variety of settings, including patient homes and specialty clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments in patient homes and specialty clinics, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
  • Assess and monitor patients' conditions, providing education and support to patients and caregivers as needed.
  • Document patient information and treatment plans, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance professional practice standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Travel to patient homes and clinics within designated areas, providing care and support as needed.

Requirements

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid license.
  • 1 year of experience in infusion therapy or a related field.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to travel to patient homes and clinics within designated areas.
