About the Role

Maven Transport Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans for clients, including budgeting and forecasting.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting
    • Manage balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and other financial reports.
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance.
  • Client Service
    • Provide exceptional client service, including responding to client inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
