Position Overview

We are seeking a Director of Technology Management to oversee our technology initiatives at Westside Rebar LTD. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective management of our IT resources and projects.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in technology management
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate IT assignments to systems analysts, programmers, and technical staff
  • Manage and oversee budgetary allocations and financial expenditures
  • Organize and direct daily operational activities
  • Recruit and develop a skilled technology team
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for IT systems
  • Authorize the creation of product or service specifications
  • Engage with clients to determine system needs, specifications, costs, and timelines
  • Oversee incident management and resolution
