Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize innovative sales strategies and in-depth knowledge of clients to expand business within a designated base of prospective accounts, leveraging the complete range of Rogers' Wireless, Wireline, and Data Centre offerings.
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers within prospective accounts, utilizing all available resources to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Create comprehensive account and relationship development strategies to achieve insider status and drive new business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to formulate tailored value propositions that address the specific needs of prospects and navigate any sales challenges.
- Prepare targeted, customized pricing proposals and lead the internal business case process to ensure all opportunities are thoroughly evaluated by relevant Rogers stakeholders.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key milestones outlined in the account plan.
- Actively engage in regular sales meetings, demonstrating leadership by sharing insights and best practices with the Commercial Segment Acquisition team.
- 5-10 years of experience in the Wireless/Wireline/Data Centre and/or telecommunications sector, with a proven track record of generating new business within medium to large corporate accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior-level executives within key client organizations.
- Proven success in meeting and surpassing sales quotas in prospect accounts.
- Strong understanding of wireless, data, and telecommunications products and services.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Robust account planning capabilities.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to devise solutions that fulfill customer requirements.
- Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the designated area.
