We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales/Account Manager to join our team at Door Doctor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing relationships with our commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial sectors, with a focus on the Toronto and surrounding areas.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Quoting and Ordering: Prepare and submit quotations to clients using our software, and submit orders to the General Manager and Operations Manager.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, with strong face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and reports, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Experience: 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the door and loading dock industry.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Equipment: Own vehicle with a valid Ontario driver's license.
