Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of sales of Truck & Trailer equipment, including asset management and inventory optimization.
  • Achieve sales and market share goals, while protecting company assets and managing branch account receivables.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals, focusing on building a motivated and successful workforce.
  • Collaborate with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers to achieve sales and market share goals.
  • Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
Requirements
  • 7+ years' direct work experience in a sales management capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the heavy equipment industry is considered an asset.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
  • Confident in decision making regarding financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning.
  • Must be available to travel as needed.
