Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Trainer to join our team at CB Canada. As an Operations Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training systems for Standard Operating Procedures and on-the-job GMP Training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training systems for SOPs and GMP Training
  • Plan, schedule, and track training in the Electronic Documentation System
  • Provide instruction, guidance, and advice to employees during on-the-job and SOP Training
  • Conduct skill assessments and ensure employees have successfully completed required training
  • Report and resolve outstanding training to meet GMP requirements
  • Conduct Visual Inspection Training for certification purposes
  • Audit presentations and conduct train-the-trainer workshops to increase staff skills
  • Collaborate with Production Managers to improve training systems
  • Create training videos, job manuals, and other job aids
  • Support SOP compliance audits and participate in new employee orientations
Requirements
  • University Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an operational role and 2 years' experience building and executing training systems in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft suite of products to support training documentation and solutions
  • Flexibility to work all shifts within a 24/7 environment
