Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Trainer to join our team at CB Canada. As an Operations Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training systems for Standard Operating Procedures and on-the-job GMP Training. You will also be responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking all associated training in our Electronic Documentation System.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training systems for Standard Operating Procedures and on-the-job GMP Training
• Plan, schedule, and track all associated training in the Electronic Documentation System
• Provide instruction, direction, guidance, and advice to employees during on-the-job and SOP Training
• Collaborate with Production Supervisors to complete skill assessments and ensure employees have successfully completed required training
• Report and resolve any outstanding training to meet GMP requirements
• Conduct Visual Inspection Training for certification purposes
• Audit presentations and conduct train-the-trainer workshops to increase skills of other staff involved in training materials
• Collaborate with Production Managers to improve effectiveness and efficiency of training systems
• Create training videos, job manuals, process maps, and other job aids
• Support Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance audits
• Participate in new employee orientations and support individual employee development plans
• Support training initiatives in other departments, such as Quality Control and Engineering

Requirements:
• University Degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an operational role plus 2 years' experience building, maintaining, and executing training systems in a regulated environment (GMP, HACCP, etc)
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles is considered an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Extensive experience using Microsoft suite of products to support development of training documentation and solutions
• Must be flexible to regularly work all shifts within a 24/7 environment
