Training Operations Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops comprehensive training frameworks for Standard Operating Procedures and on-the-job Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Training.
- Organizes, schedules, and monitors all training activities within the Electronic Documentation System.
- As an instructor, delivers guidance, support, and training to employees during both on-the-job and SOP Training sessions.
- Collaborates with Production Supervisors to perform skill assessments, ensuring that employees have met the necessary training requirements.
- Identifies and addresses any outstanding training issues to comply with GMP standards.
- Facilitates Visual Inspection Training for certification purposes.
- Reviews training presentations and conducts workshops for trainers to enhance the skills of staff involved in training delivery.
- Works closely with Production Managers to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs.
- Produces training videos, job manuals, process maps, and various job aids to support learning.
- Assists in audits related to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance.
- Engages in new employee orientation sessions and contributes to individual employee development strategies.
- Promotes initiatives aligned with our Company Value – Fostering Respect and Development of Our Workforce.
- Aids in training efforts across other departments, including Quality Control and Engineering.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in an operational capacity, along with 2 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and implementing training systems within a regulated setting (GMP, HACCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with Adult Learning Principles is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite to aid in the creation of training documentation and solutions.
- Must be adaptable to work various shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
