About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our Application Support team at Bond Brand Loyalty. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of complex technical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that all team members have access to up-to-date information and resources.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize technical requirements, ensuring that our applications and systems meet the needs of our business.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve our systems and processes.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to junior team members, helping them to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure that our systems and applications are properly configured and maintained.
  • Develop and implement technical standards and best practices, ensuring that our team is working in a consistent and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in application support and development.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in areas such as Azure, ASP.Net, C#, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve our systems and processes.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent.
